Travel Workout with Calisthenics and Resistance Tubes

If you work out with weights, you often have to find an alternative way to exercise when you travel, so many people just wind up skipping exercise altogether when they're on the road. However, you can replicate many weight exercises with resistance tubes, which are much easier to pack than a weight set. Combine resistance tube exercises with calisthenics, and you have an excellent short-term substitute for your weight workout.
